Nothing is collected until you give your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not use profiling or automated decision-making.

- Newsletter subscription: until you withdraw your consent.
- Server logs: as retained by our hosting provider, normally no longer than twelve months.
- Analytics data: kept in Google Analytics for no longer than fourteen months.
5. Who has access to your data
Your data are handled by microXpace staff who need them in order to answer your enquiry. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf:
- GoDaddy — website hosting, database and email delivery.
- Google Ireland Ltd — the typefaces used on this website are requested from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when a page loads.
- Google Ireland Ltd — Google Analytics 4, used only after you have accepted analytics cookies, to produce statistics about how this website is used.
Form submissions are also stored in this website’s database. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Where a service provider processes personal data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Google may process analytics data in the United States on this basis.
7. Cookies
When you first visit this website you are asked to choose which cookies we may use.
- Functional cookies are always set. They are necessary for the website to work and to remember the cookie choice you made.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are set only if you accept them, and help us understand how the website is used.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share your data for advertising purposes.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time on our Cookie Policy page, which also lists each cookie in detail.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data and to have it rectified, erased, restricted or transferred, to object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to microXpacedeeptech@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
